All pupils in Year 7 wrote an entry into the 2018 Max Gate Essay Competition for the ISA as part of their curriculum English lessons this half term. We were allowed to submit one boy and one girl as our representatives and the winners were Sasha and Amalia who both responded to the title ‘My Favourite Work of Art’. They each received a copy of Roald Dahl’s Ghost Stories collection and their essays have now been submitted to the ISA for consideration as part of the nationwide competition.
