Children from the Year 5 and Year 6 Chamber Choir attended the annual Christingle service at Westminster Abbey on Friday 1st December. The charity that run the service, the Children’s Society, have asked that the school raise money in order to support the Christingle event. The Children’s Society work to help vulnerable children and young people, in particular here in the capital.
On Wednesday 29th November and Thursday 30th November, members of the school Chamber Choir sang outside No 79 and No 29 between 3.50 and 4.15pm to raise money for this cause. They have raised a remarkable amount of £306.58.
