The Year 6 pupils left for Rome yesterday and enjoyed a trouble free flight. They are to spend three days in Rome before moving on to Pompeii. Today was spent visiting St Peter’s and also sketching the Basilica there under a clear blue sky. Temperature a warm 27 degrees. Pizzas and ice cream to follow for dinner.
